Nikos Kontis is a programmer and developer, specializing in open source web applications, e-learning applications, Flash and Apple iPhone Development. He has over 10 years of experience in web design and development, 6 years of experience in developing custom e-Learning applications, games and platforms and over 5 years of experience in management, logistics and finance.

He is the Founder & Creator of byteme.digital, co-Creator of byteme.gr and owner of LEAP L.P. LEAP is a leading company in the Greek market that develops innovative software solutions. It is active since 2006, focusing on portals, e-learning software, game development and custom applications. In 2009, LEAP created byteme.gr, a Greek portal for video games that soon became the No 1 gaming portal in Greece with more than 45.000 unique visitors every month.

In 2010, the company launched the first Greek interactive magazine on iPad called byteme.digital. It was developed solely by LEAP, with a new gen publishing platform called DIM Publisher (Digital Interactive Media Publisher). Besides being the first “new generation” digital magazine for Greece, byteme.digital is also the first interactive magazine worldwide that is being published in all platforms: iPad, Android tablets, Windws PC, Apple Mac and Linux. In 2011, under the initiative of the Experience Greece team, LEAP undertook the project to develop the experience Greece web site and a series of applications (experience Santorini, experience Myconos, experience Rhodes etc.), available on smartphones and tablets.
